General Clean Service

Level 1: Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning (Our BIG Cleaning, like a “Spring Cleaning”
Level 2: General Cleaning Plus (extra time allowed for some build up but not “excessive”
Level 3: Courtesy Cleaning (basic Maintenance-type service, presumed to have very title build up great for a “courtesy clean” once the house is sold!)

Every “General Cleaning” includes the following:

• Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
• Cobwebs removed
• Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)
• Molding & woodwork (dusted)
• Baseboards (dusted)
• Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
• Furniture (dusted & polished)
• Top of refrigerator (dusted)
• Outside of appliances cleaned
• Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (Windexed)
• Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
• Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
• Floors (vacummed &/or mopped)

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate heavy cleaning.

Top-To-Bottom Service

Every Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean includes the “General Cleaning” list items cleaned by hand with detail emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

• Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped)
• Ceiling light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)
• Cobwebs removed
• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped w/micro fiber)
• Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
• Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w/attachment)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
• Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
• Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
• Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave FOR EMPTY HOUSES, CLEAN FLOOR WELL WHERE APPLIANCES WERE
• All Doors (washed)
• Light switch plates (washed)
• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (Windexed all way to top*)
• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized) FOR EMPTY HOUSES, WIPE OUT ALL DRAWERS AND CABINETS
• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed
• Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed w/Murphy’s Oil Soap)
• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped) DO NOT FORGET CLOSETS, WIPE OFF SHELVES

*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster

We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request).

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
